2, high transmission efficiency. Due to the use of permanent magnet synchronous motor direct drive, its transmission efficiency can be increased by 20%~30%.
3, permanent magnet synchronous gearless traction machine because there is no noise when the worm gear and worm contact transmission, so the noise of the whole machine can be reduced by 5~10db.
4, low energy consumption. From the working principle of permanent magnet synchronization know that its excitation is achieved by permanent magnet, do not need the stator to provide additional excitation current, so the power factor of the motor can reach very high, at the same time, the rotor of permanent magnet synchronous motor no current through, there is no rotor loss problem, reduce 45%-60% loss than the asynchronous machine.
5, permanent magnet synchronous traction machine because there is no problem of gear wear, so it does not need to change the lubricating oil regularly, so it has a long life, and basically does not need maintenance, maintenance cost is less and simple.
