4. adjust the car door, must do the following three points.
① door plate and the distance between the ground for 4mm, the distance between the door and the front wall of the car for 4-6mm (not too small);
② two doors up and down must be in a plane. Check method is to use a steel ruler against the upper and lower ends of the two door panels, to see whether it is flat;
③ the front and side of the door must be vertical, so as to ensure that the closing seam neatly, and at the same time after opening, the door and the front wall of the car flush. After adjusting the car door, you can manually switch the door, the whole switching process should be easy and smooth.
5. Adjust the contact plate, light curtain.
The contact plate protrudes 30-50mm when the contact plate is extended, and the two contact plates extend the same amount when used. Light curtain should be flush, in the process of rapid opening and closing the door can not have abnormal triggering, for the rear light curtain especially to keep clean.
6. Adjustment of the door opener.
Step 1, determine to ensure that the distance between the door knife and the hall door floor can be 7mm is good, and to ensure that this direction is perpendicular;
Step 2, determine the distance between the door knife blade and the hall door lock of the decoupling roller 7mm or so; overhaul the whole operation of the elevator to observe, take the majority of the hall door of this gap, you can be in a small range of left and right appropriate amount of panning car door assembly (this method does not apply to double synchronization of the door knife in the middle of the bifold door, such as the car ladder door machine TD3200)

7. Adjust the speed of opening and closing the door.
Should be adjusted in the car door driven hall door, speed control in the 0.70m / s or so, open the door speed can be appropriate faster. Open and close the door acceleration and deceleration according to the different elevator to be adjusted. Mainly is the acceleration and deceleration time of the curve inflection point; the corner of the inflection point is required to be adjusted into a curve, not a folding line, the opening and closing of the door acceleration and deceleration should be soft, and the opening and closing of the door should not have a collision phenomenon.
